Job summary

TikTok's Global Business Solutions team is seeking an Enterprise Ad Sales Client Solutions Intern to support the North America group with data and reporting tasks. You will help create and maintain internal dashboards, monitor key metrics, and build reporting views to track product adoption and business performance.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, analytics, and product teams.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, charts.
Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data.
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums.
