TikTok's Global Business Solutions team is seeking an Enterprise Ad Sales Client Solutions Intern to support the North America group with data and reporting tasks. You will help create and maintain internal dashboards, monitor key metrics, and build reporting views to track product adoption and business performance.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, analytics, and product teams.

As a Client Solutions Intern, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the North America Client Solutions team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal dashboards, monitoring key performance metrics, and building new reporting views to help track product adoption and business performance.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in digital media, technology, advertising, or data analytics.
