Job summary

Revelyst in Chesapeake, VA (onsite) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding support across calls, email, and chat. You will address order status, product inquiries, warranty claims, and returns while building strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service or inside sales, proficiency with Excel/Outlook, and familiarity with SAP or CRM tools like ZenDesk.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service, inside sales, or retail sales experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus; ZenDesk or similar CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound calls, email, and chat from customers.
• Assist with order status, product inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and general assistance.
• Build relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty; coordinate callbacks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve tickets within targets and KPIs.
