Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service across calls, email, and chat from our Irvine or Rantoul offices. You will resolve order issues, provide product guidance, and drive customer success with Revelyst and Fox/Shift brands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service, inside sales, or retail experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus; ZenDesk or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, email, and chat from customers.
• Address inquiries on order status, product questions, warranty claims, and returns.
• Assess customer needs and propose how Revelyst can meet them.
• Self-manage schedule and coordinate callbacks with your manager.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve tickets within SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop strong knowledge of Revelyst brands and products.
• Monitor eCommerce calendars, promotions, and upcoming sales.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to surprise and delight customers.
• Support outbound campaigns, lead generation, and sales programs as required.
• Assist Wholesale inquiries during peak periods.
