The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic retail team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain stockroom operations, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.
