Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support our Service team during peak seasons. You will help ensure Rivian vehicles and service centers stay ready for customers, while gaining hands-on experience toward a future Service Technician role.

You’ll participate in TRAIL training, receive mentorship, and contribute across vehicle operations, service support, and training initiatives to help Rivian deliver seamless adventures for owners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair, mechanical maintenance, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible 40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle quality and readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Participate in TRAIL program and RLN modules for training and growth.
