Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods, helping ensure Rivian owners stay on their adventures. You’ll work across vehicle operations, service production support, and training, with a clear pathway to a future Service Technician role.

This entry-point role emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and formal RLN modules to build skills; you may participate in a TRAIL program and cross-functional support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience or interest in technical/manual work strongly valued.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license with no major suspensions in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle intake, inspection, and processing.
• Support service production and pre-delivery tasks under supervision.
• Maintain tidy, safe work areas following 5S principles.
• Participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network modules.
