Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasons. You will help prepare vehicles, manage inspections, and support operations to keep owners on the road. This role serves as an entry point with hands-on learning toward a future Service Technician position.

You will work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, participate in TRAIL and RLN modules, and gain cross-functional exposure across site operations and service production.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle intake, inspection, and processing to ensure delivery readiness.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and prep tasks under supervision.
• Participate in training programs and gain hands-on experience for a future Service Technician role.
