Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a General Manager to motivate, instill accountability, and achieve results while maintaining a fun culture. You will provide leadership, vision, and direction on initiatives and operating standards, creating a positive atmosphere for guests and staff.

You will oversee people, operations, and financials, driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost control across the venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Facility Operations & Management
• Hospitality experience in Theme Parks/FECs/Hotels/Resorts/Casinos/Restaurants
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of achieving financial results and cost control
• Professional grooming and conduct; adaptable and proactive

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop their skills
• Maintain a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment
• Oversee entertainment, food & beverage, attractions, and facilities operations
• Drive revenue and control expenses to meet annual budgets
• Lead management team with delegation and high staff morale
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to continuously improve experience
