Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver sales and profitability targets.
• Coach and develop staff; manage hiring, onboarding and evaluations.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee scheduling, expenses, loss prevention and audits.
• Ensure visual merchandising and inventory control are maintained.
• Support store marketing events and community initiatives.
