Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued most.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement in-store.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and monitor progress against targets.
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally cover store duties in absence of a manager.
