Job summary

Bay Path University seeks an Assistant Director of Advancement Services and Operations on a hybrid basis at the Longmeadow Campus. The role oversees gift processing, data hygiene, and Raiser's Edge administration to support donor relations and prospect management.

You will generate financial and donor reports, assist with funding prospects, and help design reports for departmental needs while handling confidential information under FERPA and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a fundraising environment or related advancement.
• Experience with gift processing and CRM desired (e.g. Jenzabar, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables a plus) and Word mail merge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gift processing and receipts.
• Administer Raiser's Edge and related modules; ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting.
• Produce regular financial and gift reports; support prospect management and moves management.
• Design and revise reports to support department goals and activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Student Financial Services, and Academic/Student Affairs.
