Job summary

The University of Virginia's College at Wise is seeking a Program Support Technician, with the working title Advancement Associate, to join the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement in Wise, VA. The role supports donor stewardship by drafting gifts agreements, acknowledgments, and coordinating events with fundraising teams.

You will work with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement, handle Salesforce data, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets to support Giving Thanks Day and Scholarship Luncheon

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Draft gifts agreements and acknowledgements for donors.
• Process administrative tasks supporting donor stewardship activities.
• Research information for Salesforce and maintain donor data.
• Assist with donor events and fundraising initiatives.
