Job summary

The Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley seeks an Advancement Services Coordinator to support advancement, stewardship, grantmaking, and donor engagement through attentive service and strong data management. You will work closely with staff, the Board, fund advisors, and community partners to strengthen relationships and deepen philanthropic impact.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Experienced in CRM databases, including running reports, campaigns, and mailing lists.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience, with efficient spreadsheet management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to increasing demands.
• Values teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in providing a high level of customer service.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Not-for-Profit experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement, stewardship, grantmaking, and donor engagement efforts through exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate constituent, fund, gift, and grant records in CRM and filing systems.
• Collaborate with staff, Board, fund advisors, donors, and community partners to strengthen relationships.
• Assist in CRM operations, data-entry standards, and reporting.
• Support annual advancement goals, strategies, and initiatives.
