Job summary

SimonMed is seeking Advanced X-Ray Technologists to perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams and support MRI/CT workflows. You will assist with patient positioning, IV access, and contrast administration, while ensuring safety and accurate documentation in RIS, PACS, and EMR.

The role emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You’ll grow into expanded imaging workflows, with opportunities in CT, MRI, and leadership as part of a national imaging

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Venipuncture and IV contrast administration experience required.
• 1–2 years radiography experience (outpatient or hospital preferred).
• Exposure to CT and/or MRI preferred; PACS/RIS/EMR proficiency expected.
• Strong communication and patient care skills; ability to manage workflow independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with precision.
• Support MRI and CT workflows; assist with patient positioning and preparation.
• Start IVs and administer contrast per protocol.
• Maintain accurate documentation in RIS, PACS, and EMR; ensure radiation safety and infection control.
• Coordinate patient flow and support complex cases in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Mentor students and less experienced technologists in procedures and safety.
