Job summary

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Wound Care Center. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you will deliver patient care, manage intake and discharge, and participate in vein clinic activities after training.

This role requires an active RN license in Texas, BSN preferred, BLS, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; wound care or medical-surgical experience helpful.
• BLS required; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with providers and department leadership.
• May act as a scribe per policy.
