Job summary

Healogics, the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Center. You will manage patient intake and discharge and support vein clinic activities, with opportunities to serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.

You will perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and coordinate care to meet desired outcomes, while educating patients and caregivers in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and current licensure throughout employment.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred for considered candidates.
• Wound care certification and prior wound care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic; may serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Conduct nursing assessments, document care plans, and communicate findings.
• Develop and evaluate care plans, ensure patient outcomes; educate patients/caregivers.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training; support safety protocols.
• Collaborate with providers and directors on clinic and patient needs.
• Serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy; other duties as assigned.
