Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in the Wound Care Center. You will manage patient intake and discharge, participate in vein clinic activities, and possibly serve as Case Manager for assigned patients. Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state license and ability to maintain licensure.
• BSN preferred; Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care experience beneficial.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory/accrediting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge per center protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic operations after required training.
• May act as Case Manager for assigned Wound Care Center patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessments and document care plans.
• Collaborate with providers on patient needs and outcomes.
