Nokia Bell Labs seeks a talented research engineer to join the Radio Systems USA Department to design, implement, and validate novel concepts and algorithms for wireless radio systems. You will collaborate with domain experts, translate research into robust prototypes, and communicate results clearly across research, product, and standards teams.

Formación

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field is required.
• Knowledge of wireless physical-layer incl. massive MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation and related techniques.
• Experience with real-time systems across latency/resource constraints.
• Ability to translate research into robust prototypes and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Demonstrated GPU/CPU performance engineering, CUDA or equivalent, profiling and latency analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and validate new concepts and algorithms in radio systems.
• Collaborate with domain experts to implement and validate ideas.
• Document and communicate design and experiment results effectively.
• Generate IP and support technology transfer to business groups and standards bodies.
