Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Sonographer specialized in Cardiac, Vascular, or General ultrasound to perform complex diagnostic procedures. You will operate ultrasound equipment, follow modality protocols, and contribute to patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities include image review for technique and completeness, training department staff and students, and supporting accreditation efforts. A strong command of English and clinical ultrasound experience are required.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension to perform duties safely.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in the respective sonography department.
• Active registry with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS/RVS) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS/RVT/RDCS).
• BLS certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) for online learning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations in Cardiac, Vascular or General modalities per protocol.
• Act as a professional resource and mentor for staff and students while ensuring high quality imaging.
• Participate in accreditation and re-accreditation processes for modality-specific standards.
• Maintain equipment, complete documentation, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
