Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in the United States is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned automotive service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training designed to grow with you across advanced roles.

We offer pay in the range of $14 to $16 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime and occasional commissions. Expect a safe, collaborative shop environment, opportunities for growth, and a path from Tire Technician to Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do
