Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in the United States to replace, repair, and rotate tires. This role includes hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions within our family-owned company.

You will install tires, balance and service units, complete work orders, and maintain the shop while delivering excellent customer service. Paid weekly with overtime eligibility and a store bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
