Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in Ohio. You’ll replace, repair, and rotate tires, with hands-on training to grow into advanced roles.

You’ll gain experience operating tire equipment, assisting customers, and supporting a safe, collaborative shop culture. Training and clear career paths support your growth from entry level upward.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
