Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an entry level Tire Technician to assist with replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role includes training to build skills for advanced positions. You will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, maintain the shop and equipment, and provide outstanding customer service.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
