Job summary

Tire Discounters is looking for an Advance Tire Technician to join our Indianapolis team. You will replace, repair and rotate tires, while gaining hands-on training for advanced roles.

In this role you will operate tire machines, complete work orders, and deliver a WOW customer experience. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork as you grow your career with us.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime and commission
• Paid weekly
