Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our service-focused team. In this role you will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training designed to prepare you for more advanced positions.

Expect competitive hourly pay of $14.00–$16.00 plus overtime and weekly commission opportunities. This on-site position offers paid weekly wages and opportunities for growth through defined career paths within our family-owned tire and automotive

Qualifications

• Service‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do
