Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician in Middletown, OH. You will help replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized. A customer-focused attitude and safety‑minded approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
