Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to work at our Sanford, FL store. You will diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot customer devices while delivering exceptional service in-person and by phone.

You’ll collaborate with Geek Squad Agents, follow procedures, and stay current with certifications through ongoing training. This full-time role includes a benefits-friendly environment and opportunities to grow within Best Buy.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, make recommendations, repair devices for customers in person or by phone.
• Establish timely follow-ups and manage customer expectations.
• Document customer requests and repairs with the team.
• Ensure repairs are completed promptly and coordinate with leaders on issues.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through training courses.
