Sharp HealthCare in San Diego is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician I to ensure proper maintenance and distribution of disposable supplies and durable medical equipment for patient care based on sterile processing expertise.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of acute care hospital experience in sterile processing or surgery, and CSPDT or CRCST certification. A $3,000 sign-on incentive and referral incentives are offered.

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2 Years Experience in an acute care hospital, sterile processing, or surgery department is required.
• CSPDT or CRCST certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and distributes disposable supplies and durable medical equipment for patient care.
• Provides documentation and communication to ensure proper instrumentation and service lines support.
• Loads, sterilizes, and labels instruments and trays; maintains inventory and readiness for case carts.
• Provides in-service education to staff and supports department competency and cross-functional needs.
