Job summary

Maxion Wheels is seeking a manufacturing/engineering professional to strengthen our production systems, focusing on process analysis, time studies, and continuous improvement. You will support new product initiatives, drive quality improvements, and help ensure process capability across stamping operations in a dynamic plant environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in SPC, FMEA, and APQP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with stamping processes.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to improve process flow and manpower utilization.
• Monitor processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support on production lines and APQP activities.
• Lead APQP meetings and coordinate with customers.
• Manage CAPEX projects and project tracking.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and control plans.
