Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Advanced Services Representative to empower customers with complex issues in options trading and margin. You will be the voice of our customers, solving problems efficiently while providing product feedback.

This role requires strong empathy, licensing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Base pay ranges across locations are disclosed; after onboarding, remote shifts with overnight hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience within financial services, including trading desk exposure.
• Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Bonus if you hold Series 3 & 4.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to improve functionality and satisfaction.
• Strong track record handling escalated customers and de-escalation.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and analyze customer issues; provide effective solutions.
• Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to handle technical queries.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and propose customer-centric solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and onboarding content.
• Address escalated issues with swift resolution while upholding compliance.
• Participate in team-driven process improvements.
• Provide customer support for Event Contracts after Series licensing.
