We seek an Installation Technician II to service and install systems at customer sites, handling post-install support and special projects as needed.

The role requires hands-on experience with intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control installations, strong electrical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in varied environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience installing/servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 video Certifications and 1 Access Control Certification.
• Technical/Vocational degree preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Run electrical wiring in confined spaces, including drilling and trenching.
• Complete system wiring and equipment setup per requirements.
• Coordinate with Team Lead or Project Manager on scheduling and delivery.
• Test and troubleshoot new installations for functionality and code compliance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Foster positive customer relationships and support contract retention.
• Stay current with product and technology updates through training.
