Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–12 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and Gilbane's Baseline Operations Playbook
• Assists project personnel with phasing / logistics plans
• Prepares Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule
• Evaluates schedules and updates prepared by others and makes recommendations as to their completeness, accuracy, and representation as to project status
• Communicates with Owner to assure customer satisfaction or implements corrective action when needed
• Performs schedule and delay analysis and presents recovery recommendations to management
• Leads regular jobsite walks with the project team
• Develops or assists in training Project Managers and Superintendents on how to schedule and use scheduling software
