Gilbane Building is seeking a Sr. Scheduler to join our team as a Business Unit resource, using advanced scheduling techniques to support complex projects. You will lead scheduling efforts, perform CPM schedule loading and analysis, and mentor team members while collaborating with project teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on-time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of planning and scheduling on assigned projects.
• Acts as scheduling expert for the Business Unit on advanced tasks.
• Demonstrates advanced scheduling tool proficiency and stays updated on industry standards.
• Performs schedule & cost loading for CPM schedules.
• Conducts schedule analysis, variance/trend reviews, and risk mitigation.
