Qualifications

• 1-12 years relevant construction scheduling experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects' compliance with contract specifications.
• Assist project personnel with phasing/logistics plans.
• Prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios.
• Evaluate and update schedules prepared by others.
• Communicate with Owner to assure customer satisfaction.
• Perform schedule and delay analysis.
• Prepare fee proposals and presentations.
• Conduct monthly schedule project audits.
