Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Scheduler II to independently support multiple projects or a single complex project. You will monitor schedules, prepare CPM scenarios, and coordinate with owners and teams to deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4-12 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and baseline playbook.
• Assists project personnel with phasing/logistics plans.
• Prepares CPM scenarios and integrates them into schedules.
• Evaluates schedules and advises on completeness and status.
• Communicates with Owner to ensure satisfaction or implement corrective action.
• Performs schedule and delay analysis with recovery recommendations.
