Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Scheduler II to be a self-sufficient scheduler who independently supports multiple projects or a single complex project on-site in Ohio.

You will monitor schedules, assist with phasing and logistics, and prepare CPM scenarios for management consideration. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 4–12 years of experience is required, along with proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–12 years relevant experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and Baseline Operations Playbook.
• Assists project personnel with phasing / logistics plans.
• Prepares CPM scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule.
• Evaluates schedules and updates prepared by others and makes recommendations as to their completeness and accuracy.
