Job summary

Vail Resorts in Keystone, CO is hiring for the winter season as a Retail Associate to help guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

No experience is required; training will be provided to deliver exceptional service and help guests create memorable mountain experiences. House available and employee perks apply, including free passes and discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales.
• Learn product knowledge to communicate features and benefits to guests.
• Maintain store visual standards by restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Follow safety protocols and company SOPs.
• Adhere to environmental principles of Vail Resorts and Patagonia.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
