Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in the United States for Retail Associate roles across Mountain locations. You’ll help guests with gear and services, with on-the-job training and no prior experience required. This is a seasonal, guest-focused position that values safety and teamwork.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour. Benefits include world-class mountain experience, free passes and lessons for employees, plus discounts and training opportunities.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
