Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal Retail Associate roles. Provide guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience with no experience required, starting wages from $21.50/hour.

Seasonal positions run 2026/27 with housing available and strong employee benefits. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling sales, learning product details, maintaining store presentation, and following safety and operating procedures while working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced

Job Responsibilities

The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
