Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. in Vermont is hiring seasonal team members for winter 2026/27 across Rental Operations and related guest services, with roles in retail rental, lift operations and more. Positions are seasonal, with both full-time and part-time hours available, and applications accepted on a rolling basis. Starting wage is $20 per hour.

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
