Qualifications

• Advanced cooking skills required.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year related experience required.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Culinary Academy completion within 12 months.
• Basic math skills with whole numbers and fractions.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Professional interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifts up to 50 lb with assistance; frequent standing and movement.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced cooking duties (braising, blackening, searing; noodles; grill or wok).
• Act as a saucier to prepare sauces, stews, and made-to-order items.
• Safely use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment with Stewards.
• Assist in training other culinary team members.
• Assist in inventory storage and rotation as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Work in other kitchens/venues as needed to support business.
• Comply with departmental policies, controls, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
