Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a production technician to perform setups and operate CNC and manual machines in the Diaphragm Cell. Responsibilities include reading setup instructions, adjusting tools, and maintaining machine parameters to meet specifications.

The role requires performing assemblies, inspections, and shot peening, plus creating setup documentation. Onsite work with a strong emphasis on safety and ISO 9001/API 671 guidelines.

Qualificações

• Read and interpret complex instructions for machine setup.
• Able to perform arithmetic with decimals and fractions.
• Able to interpret dimensional gauging measurements.
• Experience operating overhead cranes or similar lifting equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up machines or cells according to instructions; include lathes, mill, press, laser, EDM.
• Perform assembly, quality inspections, and shot peening within the cell.
• Create, save, and establish a setup sheet; programs stored on network.
• Ensure proper tools and setup sheets are used; report malfunctions.
