Job summary

This role operates under physician supervision, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, promotes health, prevents disease, and manages chronic conditions while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current State of Wisconsin Nurse License and Nurse Practitioner Licensure required.
• Current DEA License required.
• Preferred BLS and ACLS at time of hire, or within three-months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive medical histories and physical data.
• Perform physical examinations and document findings.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Synthesize clinical data to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans and follow-up care.
