  • Collaborate with customers to review solution designs and implementation plans, proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Apply your expertise in mobility technologies—including devices, MDM/EMM platforms, applications, and services—to design integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts that showcase the value of proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and technical solution designs, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
  • Partner closely with delivery, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from solution design to implementation.
  • Take ownership of complex technical issues, leveraging internal experts and resources as needed to drive successful outcomes.
  • Help shape and improve pre‑sales best practices, tools, and processes while contributing to the growth of mobility services and solutions.
  • Be the technical link for DN’s mobile (Android) hardware partners.
