Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–1 years related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations and develop care plans.

• Coordinate care with nurses, consultants, and other staff.
• Document encounters clearly and timely.
• Provide direct patient care for opioid management in collaboration with the team.
