Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group – Family Practice in Evanston, IL is seeking a full-time Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative community setting. The role requires licensing as NP or PA in Illinois with Family Medicine certification.

You will work with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and complete documentation in the EMR.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
