Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, IL seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient primary care role. You will see patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits, collaborating with a team of physicians and APPs to deliver patient-centered care.

You will manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care; expect a 40-hour week with minimal call and a comprehensive benefits package including CME support.

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field.
• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
