EPIC Health System LLC in Chicago is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APRN) who is bilingual in English and Polish to join a fast-paced, patient-centered team on-site in the Northwood Park-Portage Park area. The role involves owning patient care, collaborating with physicians, and leading diagnostic efforts to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years in primary care and pediatrics (or new graduates), IL PA/APRN licensure, and a Master’s degree

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred) - Open to new Graduates.
• IL PA or APRN licensure (required).
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Bilingual in English & Polish (required).

Responsibilities

• Own patient care: Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their physical condition to diagnose and treat.
• Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care.
• Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, EKGs, lab work).
• Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventative care.
• Perform procedures: Deliver injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
• Supervise and coordinate: Lead technicians and assistants to ensure smooth operations.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $176,000.00 Annually

Advanced Practice Provider ( PA / APRN/FNP ) – English/Polish Bilingual

Location: On-site in Northwood Park-Portage Park area, IL

Pay: Base pay of $100,000-140,000 based of experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs. Potential student repayment options.

What You’ll Bring:
