Job summary

Unio Health Partners seeks a skilled NP/PA to join our California team. You will evaluate patients, manage care under supervising physicians, and collaborate with the health care team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active NP/PA license, a Master’s degree in nursing or PA studies, BLS/CPR certification, and 2–5 years of clinical experience with EMR proficiency. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

Position Summary

The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.
